Air Export Operations CoordinatorLocation: London Heathrow / FelthamSalary: Up to 38,000Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pmJob Type: PermanentThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Air Export Operations Coordinator to join a well-established and rapidly growing global freight forwarding and logistics business at London Heathrow.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong international network, an excellent reputation within freight forwarding and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.You will take responsibility for managing air export shipments from start to finish, working closely with customers, airlines, overseas offices and internal teams to ensure freight is moved efficiently, compliantly and on schedule.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Managing air export shipments from booking through to final departurePreparing and processing export documentation and Air WaybillsBooking freight with airlines and negotiating rates where requiredCompleting export customs entries and ensuring compliance requirements are metTracking shipments and proactively updating customersLiaising with airlines, overseas agents and internal departmentsHandling customer enquiries and resolving operational issuesEnsuring files are completed accurately and invoiced correctlyBuilding strong relationships with customers and delivering a high level of serviceRequirementsWe are looking for someone with:Previous experience within Air Freight Export ..... full job details .....
