Daily Duties: Managing export air freight shipments from start to finish Completing full export customs clearances Booking shipments with airlines and suppliers Preparing and completing airway bills Keeping customers updated throughout the shipment process Arranging deliveries and ensuring everything runs smoothly Liaising with customers across the UK and internationally Working with systems including ASM Sequoia and Box-Top Coordinating client equipment for international trade shows, exhibitions and congress meetings Working closely with airlines and other freight partners Key Skills Previous export freight forwarding experience Experience with air freight and export customs Excellent communication and customer service skills Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly A proactive, organised and can-do attitude The ability to work well as part of a friendly and busy team A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30...
