As

Air Conditioning Technical Services Manager , you’ll be responsible for overseeing the safe and effective delivery of air conditioning, refrigeration, chiller, and heat-pump services across our portfolio. You’ll manage a team of supervisors and engineers, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and compliance. This is a varied role where you’ll combine operational, commercial, and people management responsibilities from resource planning and supplier management to health and safety leadership and staff development.Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of air conditioning, refrigeration, chiller, and heat-pump services across the portfolio.Manage a team of supervisors and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with safety standards.Lead resource planning, supplier management, and health and safety leadership.Develop staff through coaching and performance management.Qualifications

Recognised air-conditioning qualifications (CandG/NVQ Level 3 and F-Gas Cat 1).Strong knowledge of FM hard services and customer satisfaction.Excellent people management and communication skills.Experience in CDM and health and safety, including creating site-specific RAMs.Commercial awareness of planned and reactive service contracts.A full UK driving licence.Benefits
