Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor with a strong technical background in commercial AC installations?

We''re recruiting for a well-established HVAC contractor with over 60 years of trading, looking for an experienced Supervisor who can hit the ground running and help oversee commercial AC projects across London and the M25.

The Role

• Supervise and coordinate commercial AC installation projects.
• Oversee engineers and subcontractors across multiple live sites.
• Carry out site surveys and understand project scope and requirements.
• Plan labour and assist with engineer allocation.
• Assist with quotations, estimates and variations.
• Monitor project costs, progress and quality.
• Attend site/client meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Supervisor or similar.
• Strong technical background in commercial AC installation.
• Good knowledge of VRV/VRF, multi-split systems, testing and commissioning.
• Experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
• Able to understand drawings, specifications and scopes of work.
• Commercial awareness including quotations, variations and cost control.

Package

• Up to £65,000 basic salary
• Company van
• Fuel card
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Projects throughout London and within the M25
