THE ROLE * You''ll- be working for a well established HVAC manufacturer, helping them set up a new HVAC and Air Conditioning led service division. * Initially, you''ll be setting up service contracts for existing customers, via meetings, surveys and establishing asset registers for their sites. * Putting together technical proposals and quotes for planned and reactive maintenance. * Establishing procedures, maintenance schedules, service programmes and reporting tools. * Setting up supply chain for equipment, ancillaries and overseeing stock levels. * Providing technical support and advice to customers.
