Air Conditioning Service ManagerLocation: Hertfordshire Salary: 53,000 - 60,000 DOE + Excellent BenefitsThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Manager to join a well-established and growing building services business based in HertfordshireThis role is ideal for a technically strong air conditioning professional looking to step into, or further develop, a leadership position. You will oversee a small team of engineers, manage service operations, support commercial activities, and play a key role in the growth and development of the air conditioning division.Working closely with senior leadership, you will have genuine influence over departmental strategy, operational improvements, and long-term growth plans.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and support a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance for service and reactive maintenance works.Review engineer reports and identify appropriate remedial actions.Coordinate and oversee service, maintenance and reactive works scheduling.Monitor engineer workloads to ensure efficient service delivery and contractual compliance.Prepare quotations and pricing for servicing, reactive maintenance, remedial works and small-scale installations.Identify additional revenue opportunities from service visits and engineer reports.Support the planning, costing and delivery of larger air conditioning projects.Source and manage subcontract labour ..... full job details .....
