ARE YOU: * Looking to transition and work direct for a major HVAC manufacturer?- * Keen to benefit from top level training and support to become a product specialist on chillers and large scale plant? * Sick of constant reactive calls at a drop of a hat? If yes, then this could be for you..... THE ROLE * Supporting customers on site with equipment diagnostics, technical support &- advice on their chillers. * Undertake your own fault finding and hands-on investigation into the units, to include independent repairs, compressor changes etc. * Pre-planned site calls into a range of customers to include hotels, universities, hospitals and industrial customers. * Use of in-house reporting tools to create detailed service reports and recommendations.- * Providing phone based technical support to your customers in addition as required. THE PERSON * Seeking a qualified engineer, with F-Gas and level 2 NVQ/SVQ and above. * Some understanding, knowledge and confidence on chillers is a must. * This could be as part of a product range you manage - be it air conditioning or refrigeration....
