If yes, then this could be for you . THE ROLE Supporting customers on site with equipment diagnostics, technical support and advice on their chillers. Undertake your own fault finding and hands-on investigation into the units, to include independent repairs, compressor changes etc. Pre-planned site calls into a range of customers to include hotels, universities, hospitals and industrial customers. Use of in-house reporting tools to create detailed service reports and recommendations. Providing phone based technical support to your customers in addition as required. THE PERSON Seeking a qualified engineer, with F-Gas and level 2 NVQ/SVQ and above. Some understanding, knowledge and confidence on chillers is a must.
