Air Conditioning Service Engineer

This position offers a strong basic salary of up to £55,000 , no call-out rota, ongoing manufacturer training, and clear progression within a smaller company where development is easier to see and genuinely achievable.

A growing air conditioning specialist delivering service, maintenance, and project support across London and the surrounding areas is expanding its engineering team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of air conditioning equipment, working independently to diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard. You’ll use service tools and manufacturer software where needed, manage your own jobs, and cover mainly London-based work with some planned national travel for larger contracts.

What You’ll Need

• Solid experience servicing and fault-finding on AC systems

• Good working knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems

• Comfortable using service tools and working from a laptop

• F-Gas

• Full UK driving licence

• Able to work independently and take ownership of jobs

• Happy to travel nationally where required
