Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer Up to £45,000 DOE We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team, working on high-end retail and commercial sites within your local area. This is a great opportunity for a skilled service engineer seeking a stable role with strong long-term prospects. The Role: Servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, Split, Multi-Split, and HVAC units). Diagnosing and repairing faults to ensure systems operate efficiently. Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks. Working across a range of commercial and retail sites. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in air conditioning service and maintenance. F-Gas 2079 certification (essential). Strong knowledge of VRV, VRF, and split systems. Full UK driving licence. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Package and Benefits: Salary up to £45,000 per year DOE. Company van + fuel card. Overtime available for increased earnings.
