They''re looking to expand their division and are seeking an experienced AC/Refrigeration Engineer to join and take the lead in developing and managing this key division.The Opportunity

This is a hands-on and leadership role where you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including splits, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation, heat pumps, cold rooms, and associated controls.You\''ll work closely with clients and site teams, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, while also mentoring and leading others within the team.Key Responsibilities

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systemsFault finding, diagnostics, and repair workInstall and commission A/C and refrigeration systemsComplete service records, risk assessments, and compliance documentation accuratelyMaintain strong client relationships and uphold high levels of customer serviceEnsure adherence to health and safety and company protocolsParticipate in the out-of-hours call-out rota (paid)Lead and support team members within the divisionWhat We\''re Looking For

Minimum 5 years\'' experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration (or equivalent competency)F-Gas Category 1 certifiedNVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent)Strong electrical diagnostics and control systems knowledgeFull UK driving licence (for company van use)Proven team leadership or supervisory experienceEligible to work in the UKWillingness to travel and work across various sites (reasonable adjustments considered)Desirable

Gas Safe certificationCSCS cardIPAF / PASMA certificationExperience working on education sites and larger commercial estatesWhy Join Us?
