In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and routine servicing across a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts. Key ResponsibilitiesRoutine Maintenance: Deliver scheduled PPM schedules on split systems, multi-splits, VRVs, VRFs, and close-control systems.System Optimization: Clean and replace filters, clear condensate lines, clean coils, and inspect electrical connections to ensure peak energy efficiency.F-Gas Compliance: Carry out mandatory refrigerant leak checks, track system usage, and maintain accurate statutory logs.Fault Diagnosis: Identify wear and tear or developing faults during routine visits, recommending remedial repairs before breakdowns occur.Digital Reporting: Complete clean, professional job sheets and maintenance logs via our mobile workflow app before leaving each site.
