Air Conditioning Manager

Role: Air Conditioning Manager (includes route to Director) Location: Epsom, Surrey (Head Office) Salary: 85,000 + Package - We are currently looking for someone who can take the reigns and lead the AC and Renewables company forward. The role would be reporting directly into the Ops Director. - You will lead complex air conditioning projects from start to finish: planning and programming, procurement, applications for payment, invoicing, supply chain and final accounts, client variations, validations, commissioning, BMS, and full project delivery. Though AC is the core focus, ventilation and wide-ranging mechanical knowledge would be beneficial. - This requires an ambitious character who is willing and capable to take on the management and delivery of projects and maintenance with the support of our existing businesses within the group. ..... full job details .....
