Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer-Join an Established and Growing Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join a well-established business operating across Kent, London, and surrounding areas.

This is a pure installation role, focused on project delivery and high-quality system installations. It does not involve servicing or breakdown work.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems, including:
• Split systems
• Multi-split systems
• VRV / VRF systems
• FCU systems
• Carry out first-fix and second-fix installation works
• Install pipework, pressure test, evacuate, commission, and complete system handovers
• Install condensate drainage systems and associated electrical connections
• Work closely with contracts and project teams to deliver installations efficiently
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care

Requirements

• Located within 15 miles of Dartford / Kent area
• Full UK driving licence
• Minimum 8 years'' experience in air conditioning installation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications

Essential:

• F-Gas Certification
• City & Guilds or equivalent HVAC qualifications
• CSCS card

• IPAF
• PASMA
• Or similar access certifications

Package & Benefits

• Full-time, permanent position
• Salary:45,000 - -55,000 (depending on experience)
• Overtime available
• Working Hours:-Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30
• Location:-Field-based role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas
