Air Conditioning Engineer

An established specialist HVAC contractor is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its engineering team in the Cambridge/Peterborough region. The role covers installation, commissioning, service, maintenance and fault finding on air conditioning and ventilation systems across a range of commercial and specialist environments.You will work independently across customer sites, diagnosing faults, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and supporting new installations and commissioning. The business delivers a broad range of HVAC solutions, with opportunities to develop technical experience across different systems and applications.RequirementsExperienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong installation and maintenance backgroundConfident in service, fault finding, repairs and commissioningExperience working on air conditioning, ventilation and associated HVAC equipmentRelevant technical qualifications in air conditioning, refrigeration or HVACAble to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and specificationsComfortable working independently and completing technical service reportsGood customer service and communication skillsWillingness to travel and occasionally stay away when requiredPackageSalary circa 45,000 Company van providedNo on-call rotaField-based role with flexible home location around Cambridge / PeterboroughOccasional working away, with plenty of advance noticeVaried installation, commissioning and service workExposure to ..... full job details .....
