Air Conditioning Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile MandE Engineer with an AC bias to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility. Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours Working hours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. (Friday - Friday, this is for emergencies only) Salary - £42 447.00/Yr. Location Wrexham and Surrounding Extra Overtime available. Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to PPMs on commercial HVAC systems Diagnostics and fault finding Repairs to cooling units and AHU s Rectifying faults in plant rooms Splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with minor plumbing and fabric work within the facility.
