Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Castleford, West Yorkshire, with nationwide travel Division: Building Services Thrive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business operating within the commercial building services, construction and mechanical and electrical (MandE) sectors. Our client delivers installation, maintenance and refurbishment projects across a range of commercial environments, including retail and other operational business premises. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their building services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled engineer with a strong background in commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems to work on a varied portfolio of projects across the UK. The Role Reporting to the Air Conditioning Project Manager, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, commissioning and decommissioning air conditioning and heat pump systems across commercial sites nationwide. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent diagnostic skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work safely and efficiently. You will work closely with project teams, clients, suppliers and other trades to ensure installations and maintenance works are completed to the highest standards, from initial installation through to final handover.
