Air Conditioning Engineer

About the Role Our client is a leading air conditioning specialist that provides bespoke climate control solutions across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and skilled Service and Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a solid background in servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a variety of AC systems, who is looking for a long-term position with a reputable company. Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding on a wide range of air conditioning systems. Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems operate to full efficiency. Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits in line with client schedules. Provide detailed service reports and documentation using internal systems. Deliver excellent customer service on client sites across Midland areas. Liaise with the office team regarding parts, job updates, and customer follow-ups. Requirements: Experience in a similar AC service and maintenance role F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential) NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent Full UK driving licence Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.
