We’re hiring for a VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a well-established HVAC maintenance team covering commercial sites across London, the Home Counties and the South East. The biggest selling point? There is no call-out rota. The role is built around work-life balance, sensible scheduling, and an 8-hour day approach wherever possible. Most engineers are aiming to be packed up and heading home mid-afternoon to avoid the worst of the rush-hour traffic. You’ll be working on a planned mobile schedule, with jobs arranged around your location where possible, equipment delivered directly to site, and no depot collections eating into your day.
