Air Conditioning Engineer Up to £50,000 Sites based in Waterloo - London We are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established engineering team working on a high-profile static site in London. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a strong background in air conditioning, refrigeration and mechanical building services, who is looking for a long-term role working within a professional and well-established environment. As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site''s air conditioning assets and associated buildings. You will also be responsible for identifying technical issues, recommending solutions and carrying out remedial works to ensure systems remain operational and compliant. Duties Include: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with the client''s maintenance schedule. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete remedial works as required. Diagnose technical issues and identify appropriate solutions. Source and organise parts required to complete maintenance and repair works. Complete engineer''s reports following each job and submit them to the relevant teams. Carry out risk assessments for all tasks. Ensure compliance with the client''s Permit to Work system.
