The role will primarily involve servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, remedial works and small installations across a varied portfolio of AC systems. You will regularly work within high-end residential developments, where professionalism, presentation and communication with residents, concierge teams, estate managers and clients are just as important as technical ability. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems. Service, maintain and fault-find on split, multi-split, VRF and VRV systems.
