Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Air Conditioning Engineer Mate to support our qualified engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The role involves assisting with carrying tools and materials, preparing work areas, and learning on the job while ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. This role offers a clear progression path, with full training and support provided to help the right candidate develop into a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist engineers with installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems. 
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials on site. 
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment. 
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times. 
• Learn and develop practical skills in HVAC systems. 

Requirements: 

• Good practical and hands-on skills. 
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions. 
• Ability to work as part of a team. 
• Basic understanding of tools and mechanical work is desirable. 
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential). 

Benefits: 

• £10 - £12.21p/h (dependant on age)
