To liaise with the clients to ensure the understanding of the work undertaken and to work in a professional and effceient manner.- Reporting back to management of work completed with evidence.- To work well within a team or individually depending on the size of the job.- Communicating effectively with the office staff to ensure that all correct parts are ordered in a timely manner.- Requirements: C&G Level 2 in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration (Minimum). 2079 FGas/Safe Handling of Refrigerants.- Full Uk Driving Licence (clean licence desired). Must have proven customer service experience.- Ability to work on a call out rota - 1 in 10. Must provide proof of qualifications and the interview stage.
