Air Conditioning Engineer £42k-£45k Exciting opportunity to join the Air Conditioning department in a well-established HVAC family run business operating in the South East of England. Job description Purpose Installation, service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and customer service. Key Success Factors Strong technical competence in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of air conditioning equipment and associated pipework. Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues. A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and promoting the company''s services where appropriate. High levels of self-motivation, reliability, and professionalism. Strong organisational and time management skills. A customer-focused attitude with good commercial awareness. The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Essential Qualifications CITB (or equivalent) Air Conditioning qualification. REFCOM F-Gas Certification. Full UK Driving Licence. Experience Minimum of four years'' experience in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding of: Split systems Multi-split systems VRV/VRF systems Experience working with a variety of manufacturers'' equipment.
