Air Conditioning Engineer

Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has become available within a successful and fast-growing electrical and mechanical services company based in Bristol.Your new roleAs an Air conditioning engineer, you will be working on a variety of contracts across the Southwest and Wales, including large hospitality chains and MOD sites etc Duties include but are not limited to:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on air conditioning systems.Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of systems including:Split systemsMulti-split systemsVRV/VRF systemsHeat pumpsPackaged unitsAHUs and associated ventilation equipmentInstall new air conditioning systems to manufacturer specifications.Commission newly installed equipment.Carry out leak detection, refrigerant recovery and recharging in accordance with FGasRegulations.Replace compressors, fans, motors, expansion valves, PCB boards and othermechanical/electrical components.Complete emergency reactive call-outs within agreed response times.Perform electrical fault-finding associated with HVAC equipment.Ensure all maintenance records, service sheets and commissioning documentation arecompleted accurately.Produce clear reports identifying defects and recommended remedial works.Liaise professionally with customers, clients and site representatives.Maintain company vehicles, tools and specialist equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.Participate in the company''s ..... full job details .....
