Air Conditioning Engineer

A leading building services provider is looking for an AC Engineer to join their maintenance team on a mobile basis looking after commercial buildings in the Kent and South East London areas. Our client offers One Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)Working as an AC engineer you''ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of the landlord plant, ensuring the site''s HVAC and mechanical systems operate efficiently.The role:To deliver planned, preventative and reactive maintenance in line with the contract service delivery plan for Commercial HVAC equipmentCarry out A/C works including minor projects and refurbishmentFault Find, investigate, troubleshoot and rectify defects in all A/C units and systems and any associated plant / componentsSingle / Multi splits, VAVs, VRVs, VRFs, Close Control, DX Units, CRAC unitsReplacing compressors, condensers, regassing, brazing, soldering etcDealing with subcontractors where necessaryEnsure all statutory documentation is completed and kept up to date at all times Package and Benefits:Up to £55,000 per annumMon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm1 Hour Travel paid - Work 8 hours and get paid for 10 (Up to extra £5k per year!)23 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeOvertime and training opportunitiesWorking on a high-profile site with excellent ..... full job details .....
