Carry out fault diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and commissioning of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Attend technical support calls and complex breakdowns requiring senior engineering expertise. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to service engineers and apprentices. Conduct site surveys and condition assessments. Assist with commissioning and handover of new installations. Produce detailed service reports and recommendations for clients. Support out-of-hours emergency call-out requirements when necessary. Minimum 5 years'' experience within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
