Location: Stanford-le-Hope | Salary: £40000 - £43000/annum Overtime Available | Type: Permanent | Essentia Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established facilities business based in Essex.- Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Air Conditioning Engineer to join their facilities team based on site at Stanford Le Hope. As an Air-conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the following; Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems across-6 Buildings on site- Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work when required PPM & servicing- Assisting with other building fabric duties when required Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regs In return there is the following package Basic Salary of between -40K - -43K Company Van Overtime at time 1/2 & Double Time Career progression opportunities Static Role across 6 Buildings on site- For more information, please contact Essentia Solutions or please submit your CV and we will call you back
