Air Conditioning Engineer

Essentia Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established facilities business based in Essex.-

Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Air Conditioning Engineer to join their facilities team based on site at Stanford Le Hope.

As an Air-conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the following;

• Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems across-6 Buildings on site-
• Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work when required
• PPM & servicing-
• Assisting with other building fabric duties when required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regs

In return there is the following package

• Basic Salary of between -40K - -43K
• Company Van
• Overtime at time 1/2 & Double Time
