This isn’t about being thrown in at the deep end. You’ll join a structured engineering team, work across a variety of client sites, and be supported as you develop your technical ability. From day one, you’ll be exposed to planned maintenance, repairs and fault-finding across air conditioning and cooling systems, with clear progression routes and yearly appraisals in place to help you move forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a range of HVAC equipment, helping to keep customer systems running safely and efficiently. The role includes working on split and multi-split systems, DX/CW FCUs, and VRV/VRFs, while also assisting with fault diagnosis, system checks, and service reporting. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll build experience across commercial environments while developing into a stronger all-round engineer.

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or NVQ in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
• Category 1 F-Gas certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills and a professional approach on client sites
• Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
