We are a privately owned national facilities management with 3 offices across the UK, specialising in hard services including Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services for over 20 years.     We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to work on high profile sites in London.   
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, chillers, and AHUs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard in compliance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed and updated at all times.
• Complete all necessary job sheets, reports, and compliance paperwork accurately.

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent).
• FGAS 2079 Category 1 certification.
• Previous experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
