Air Conditioning Engineer

My client is seeking an experienced and professional Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team at the prestigious hotel in Central London.

This role involves maintaining, servicing, fault-finding, and repairing Clivet Versatemp and Daikin VRV systems in a premium hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on Clivet and Daikin systems
• Maintain accurate compliance and service documentation
• Liaise professionally with hotel facilities and management teams
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of safety and presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in air conditioning service and repair
• Proven knowledge of Clivet Versatemp and Daikin VRV systems
• F-Gas Category 1 certified
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Excellent spoken English and strong client-facing skills
• Smart appearance and professional conduct

Desirable

• Experience in high-end hotel or hospitality environments
• Understanding of BMS systems and DSEAR compliance
