This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a range of commercial contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland, carrying out small installations and reactive maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and industry standards. Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis on systems such as VRV/VRF, split units, chillers, and heat pumps. Install new air conditioning units and associated equipment in line with project specifications and health & safety regulations. Complete site surveys and provide technical recommendations for upgrades or replacements where necessary. Ensure all works are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard with minimal disruption to the client.
