Air Conditioning Engineer - Building Services

Overview

We are working with a family run FM company who are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong background in building services to join our growing team. Covering London and the M25 area, you''ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential sites.Key Responsibilities

Service, repair and maintain a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.)Carry out fault finding and diagnostics to ensure minimal downtime for clientsSupport installation and commissioning of new systems when requiredWork closely with building managers and clients to deliver high-quality serviceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsRequirements

Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within building servicesF-Gas qualification (essential)NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalentStrong fault-finding skills and ability to work independentlyFull UK driving licenceExcellent communication and client-facing skillsPackage
