Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Mobile London and Home Counties Salary: Up to £50,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Opportunities About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join its growing team. This mobile role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs on a range of air conditioning and mechanical building services equipment across commercial properties. Key Responsibilities • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and mechanical systems. • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely. • Service and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring optimum performance. • Complete maintenance reports, certifications, and site logbooks. • Work to planned maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns when required. • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company procedures. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants. Requirements • FGAS qualification (essential). • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer within commercial environments. • Experience with fault finding, servicing, and repairs on AC systems. • Knowledge of compressors, leak detection, pressure testing, and HVAC maintenance. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Full UK driving licence. • Flexible approach to occasional out-of-hours and weekend work.
