This mobile role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs on a range of air conditioning and mechanical building services equipment across commercial properties. Key Responsibilities • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and mechanical systems. • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely. • Service and maintain HVAC equipment, ensuring optimum performance. • Complete maintenance reports, certifications, and site logbooks. • Work to planned maintenance schedules and respond to breakdowns when required. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
