Benefits:

• Salary:43,000- 50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
• Hours:-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (including lunch).
• Travel:-Door-to-door paid.
• On call :-1 in 5 on call- + -90 standby
• Leave:-28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) plus your-birthday off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out warranty work, part replacements, fault finding, remedials, planned and reactive maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns.

Work on a wide variety of systems including

• VRV / VRF systems
• Split system
• Close control systems
• CRAC units
• AHU package units
• Chillers

The role will be 80% air conditioning and 20%

• Deliver a professional service, ensuring works are completed to the highest standard and in line with client expectations.
• Provide clear communication and accurate documentation for all works undertaken.
