Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: -38,000 - -48,000 (DOE) + Overtime + Call-Out

We''re working with a well-established and busy company seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Birmingham and the surrounding Midlands areas. This is a varied role involving installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding across both commercial and residential sites.

Key Duties:

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs
• Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Working on split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
• Completing service reports and associated documentation
• Ensuring all work complies with current health & safety regulations

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
• Strong electrical knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and represent the company professionally on-site

• Salary between -38,000 - -48,000 (depending on experience)
• Company vehicle and fuel card
• Overtime and call-out earning potential
