      <description>Location: Leeds | Salary: &amp;pound;41765 - &amp;pound;41766/annum 23 Days + Stats + 4%/4% Pension | Type: Permanent | The Company:  Maintenance division of a group of based M&amp;E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&amp;E building services. T/O c£100m   The Role:  Working across Yorkshire and parts of Lancashire, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (VRV's, VRF's, cassettes and splits) including compressor changes across commercial office environments, large retail sites and gyms.   The Person:  It is essential that you are an experienced air-conditioning engineer with F gas cat 1.    The Salary: DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is mostly paid at 1.5   Basic for 40 hours £20.08 / hour - £41,766.40  23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension O/T rates of x 1.5 (£30.12) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£40.16) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday. Company van and fuel card - no private use. 50 hours per week including travel equates to £57,428.80 as all travel is paid. 23 days holiday 4%/4% pension Well plan SSP CPD training &amp; development Career progression within a growing group of companies</description>
