The Role

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a growing building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites.

This is a mobile position offering a -48,000 basic salary plus door-to-door travel, providing excellent overall earning potential.

You''ll be provided with a company van and fuel card and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of air conditioning and chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems
• Carry out maintenance and fault finding on chillers and associated plant
• Work on splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF systems
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC equipment
• Attend breakdowns and carry out repairs
• Complete refrigerant checks and associated F-Gas documentation
• Carry out routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur
• Complete engineer reports and update maintenance systems accurately
• Liaise directly with clients and provide updates on works
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations
• Manage your own workload and daily schedule effectively

About You

• F-Gas Category 1
• Relevant City & Guilds / NVQ Air Conditioning & Refrigeration qualifications
• Strong experience servicing and maintaining commercial AC systems
• Chiller maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Experience with VRV/VRF, splits and multi-splits
