Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer Salary: 48,000 + Door-to-Door Travel Hours: Monday to Friday Position: Mobile Benefits: Company Van + Fuel Card The Role We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning / Chiller Engineer to join a growing building services team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. This is a mobile position offering a 48,000 basic salary plus door-to-door travel, providing excellent overall earning potential. You''ll be provided with a company van and fuel card and will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding across a range of air conditioning and chiller systems. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Service and maintain commercial air conditioning systems Carry out maintenance and fault finding on chillers and associated plant Work on splits, multi-splits and VRV/VRF systems Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC equipment Attend breakdowns and carry out repairs Complete refrigerant checks and associated F-Gas documentation Carry out routine inspections and identify potential issues before failures occur Complete engineer reports and update maintenance systems accurately Liaise directly with clients and provide updates on works Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations Manage your own workload and daily schedule effectively About You F-Gas Category 1 Relevant City and ..... full job details .....
