Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

Location: London Contract: Ongoing Contract Outside IR35 Shift Pattern: Days or Nights available Rate: Up to 330 per shift, dependent on experience and shift pattern and Van, Fuel card provided. We are seeking an experienced Air conditioning engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London. The role will focus primarily on the maintenance and repair of Airedale HVAC and air-conditioning units, requiring strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. The successful engineer must be comfortable working independently, responding to faults and completing repairs to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on Airedale HVAC units. Identify mechanical, electrical and refrigeration-related faults. Complete repairs and replace defective components. Conduct planned and reactive maintenance. Test systems following repairs to confirm safe and effective operation. Record completed works, faults identified and parts used. Travel between commercial sites across London. Essential Requirements Valid F-Gas certification as a minimum. Proven experience working as an HVAC or air-conditioning engineer. Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and repair experience. Experience working on Airedale units or similar commercial HVAC equipment. Full UK driving licence. Willingness to work either day or night shifts. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site requirements.
