AC & Chiller Service Engineers - South UK, Critical Energy Sites
Multiple roles are available so we welcome applications from the following locations: Swindon, Reading, Hampshire, Andover, Basingstoke, Guildford, Surrey, Luton, Kent, Brighton, Bournemouth & surrounding areas

Salary & earning potential:
?10 hour day pay guaranteed daily
?Door to door travel paid on top of the guaranteed 10 hour day
?£18 to £21 per hour (Although the top end is negotiable for experienced Senior Engineers)
= £56,160 to £65,520 per year, based on a 10 hour paid days, plus a minimum of 2 hours paid travel time each day.
Please note: You should expect additional paid travel time on top of this depending on the location of the work, and the above has been shared as an expected minimum. 

We''re open to both:
- Mid Level Engineers - ideally 3+ years Air Conditioning experience
- Senior Engineers - 5/6+ years experience, ideally with both AC and Chiller experience (Although chiller training can be provided for the right person)
- We will consider Engineers who come from Domestic, Commercial, Industrial or Critical Energy backgrounds

Senior opportunity - Offers genuine progression into supervisor. 
The company is growing consistently, and as part of that growth they''re looking to develop their AC and Chiller engineers internally into future Supervisors. 

You''ll be working across a range of critical energy environments, including:
- Production Cooling, Manufacturers, Theme Parks, Data Centres and more.
- The systems are primarily Air Conditioning and smaller scale Chillers, up to 250kW. 

Hours & overtime:
?1 in 6 call out rota initially, reducing further as the team grows- expected to move towards 1 in 8/9 this year
?While on call, you''re not expected to take on normal jobs - you''re available for all call out requirements
?£150 retainer 
?Overtime after 6:30pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays: Paid at time and a half
?Midnight onwards, Sundays & Bank Holidays: double time

Overseas opportunities
The advertised Air Conditioning and Chiller roles are intended for South UK coverage, with separate Northern engineers covering Birmingham and above.
There is some overseas work available, although it isn''t a requirement of the role. Engineers who want the opportunity to travel overseas can put themselves forward, with an increased day rate paid for every day working abroad.
The overseas rate is also due to increase again in December.
