Air Con Engineer

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Manager Engineer
 
Location: Norwich or Cambridge
Salary £50.000+  a year - Permanent, Full-time


You''ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of commercial and domestic air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF and split units. Your work must meet safety standards, comply with F-Gas regulations, and reflect the company''s high-quality expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
·Install, maintain, and repair AC systems to current standards
·Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs independently
·Use company software (Commusoft) for accurate job logging and timekeeping
·Ensure compliance with safety procedures, F-Gas regulations, and company policies
·Test systems and complete required documentation (digital or manual)
·Communicate effectively with customers and the wider team
·Order necessary parts and manage job materials
 
 
 
Requirements
 
·F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
·NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
·Experience with commercial and residential AC systems
·Strong diagnostics, testing, and repair skills
·Excellent communication and customer service
·Full, clean UK driver''s licence
