The successful candidate will ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations for aids and adaptations projects. Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and programme delivery. Oversee works including: Wet rooms and level access showers Disabled access ramps Stairlifts and through-floor lifts Door widening, handrails, and grab rails Kitchen and external access adaptations Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and health & safety audits. Prepare and review RAMS and ensure compliance with CDM and H&S regulations. Monitor project budgets, variations, progress, and site records.
