What we need…We are looking for a seasonedProduct Manager for AI and Prototyping, which will play a central role in accelerating the adoption of AI across the Yoobic platform.You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to bring the most impactful AI use cases to life from prototype to production.You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to testing ideas, validating feasibility, and turning early concepts into functional, testable solutions. You’ll help shape how AI contributes to our user experience and business value.This is not a role about “thinking about AI someday”. We’ve already launched key AI features, your role will be to accelerate what works and explore what’s next.
What you''ll do...Collaborate with PMs to identify and scope AI opportunities across the product.Prototype quickly using no-code, scripting or API orchestration tools (n8n, etc.)Evaluate feasibility and scalability of proposed use cases in collaboration with the Tech team.Iterate on prompts, workflows, and agent logic to get tangible, testable results.Translate successful experiments into actionable product briefs and delivery plans.Contribute to the evolution of our AI strategy with a hands-on, experimentation-first mindset.Framing:
Define and structure priorities, set clear objectives, and align stakeholders before moving into solution design and development.Delivery:
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality functional solutions.Launch:
Ensure successful product launches by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and collaborating closely with product marketing and support teams.Tracking:
Utilise a data-driven approach to analyze product usage and assess the impact of released features on overall success metrics.
What you have...1. Technical and/or analytical education (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science)2. A strong product mindset with a proven ability to turn ideas into working prototypes and Product3. Experience with AI tooling: LLM APIs, no-code tools, workflow builders, or scripting4. Strong curiosity for emerging AI technologies and eagerness to test and learn5. Background in Product Management, in the SaaS industry6. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.7. Strong communication skills in English, ability to work cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
