2 x AI Systems Engineer - Python andamp; Agentic Development - Hampshire - Hybrid, minimum three days per week onsite £65,000-£70,000 - Permanent | Two positions available We re supporting a market-leading, regulated consumer services group as it establishes a new AI Engineering andamp; Orchestration capability within IT. This is not a traditional machine learning role, nor is it simply a Python developer position with access to AI tools. We are looking for experienced software engineers who can combine strong engineering judgement with an AI-native approach to development. you''ll design solutions, break complex requirements into deliverable tasks, direct AI agents through the development life cycle and rigorously validate the outputs they produce.
