This is a genuine hands-on build opportunity - not a design-and-handoff role - sitting within a defined, multi-initiative roadmap with a clear pipeline of work well beyond the initial contract term. This role calls for a strong .NET developer who also brings Python and AI/agentic experience - .NET is the priority skill, with AI depth as the key differentiator.The RoleYou''ll join a small, newly-formed AI team (three engineers plus a manager) where each person owns one initiative end-to-end, from design through to production build.
