AI Software Engineer - Machine Vision

AI Software Engineer Machine Vision We are looking for an AI Software Engineer to develop software and artificial intelligence models, primarily for machine vision applications. Combining software engineering with applied AI, you will help turn visual data into practical capabilities and integrate those capabilities into reliable applications. The role offers hands-on involvement across development, testing, integration and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain software using C++, C# and Python, selecting the appropriate language for each component. Develop, evaluate and improve machine vision models and image-processing algorithms. Prepare and validate image datasets for model training and testing. Integrate AI models into software applications and processing pipelines. Investigate model accuracy, inference speed, memory usage and application performance. Develop automated tests for software components and AI functionality. Diagnose issues involving image quality, model behaviour and software integration. Collaborate with colleagues to translate application requirements into working solutions. Document technical decisions, evaluation results and implementation details. Essential Skills and Experience Commercial software development experience, with strong capability in one or more of C++, C# and Python.
