You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to achieve successful outcomes whilst supporting programme quality, compliance and learner engagement.This role combines coaching, workshop delivery, stakeholder management and programme oversight, making it ideal for someone passionate about developing talent within the Digital and AI sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of apprentices across AI and Digital programmesDeliver workshops, micro-teaches and coaching sessionsSupport learners through milestone reviews and End Point Assessment preparationMaintain programme quality, compliance and learner documentationMonitor learner engagement, progress and achievementAttend standardisation and quality ..... full job details .....
